PURCHASE CONTRACT

This website is operated by Mount Mills (NI) Limited, (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the mountmillsflaxoil.com website you are bound by these Terms & Conditions. All use and purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time although the Terms & Conditions governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use.

If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms & Conditions applicable to your site visit or purchase. PRICE, DELIVERY AND CHARGES

The price of goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the “checkout” button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. Where a substitute item is offered in place of an item ordered, the price charged for that substitute item (if accepted) will be the price applicable at the time the item is substituted. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.

The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable.
Each order you make may include a charge for packaging and delivery. If your delivery is subject to such charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on your order.

Orders will be despatched within 5 working days by courier or Royal Mail, whichever is more suitable. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and within 5 days of delivery for damage or faulty goods. Allow a few extra days for overseas, highlands and islands.

Europe and beyond

We deliver within UK and Ireland. Orders from outside these areas may be possible. Please contact us if you would like to know if we can deliver to your region or country.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We use PayPal and Stripe as our online payment providers and they normally accept Visa (including Electron), Mastercard, Delta, Switch, PayPal and JCB cards. Please note that any accepted payment card provision might be outside our control if the aforementioned online payment providers should change their conditions of sale.

We also accept payment by BACS or Cheque. Orders will be dispatched only after the payments are cleared (normally 4 working days)

You cannot apply for your order to be paid by cash (COD) via this website.

You may also telephone us to place an order as a ‘Customer Not Present’ transaction.

Authority for card payment will be requested from your card issuer by our online payment providers when you submit your data to them via their secure server connection. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we receive a refused status message from our online payment providers.

Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.

In the event of non-availability of any goods you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. This may affect the price you pay. You may reject any substitute item and we will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute. It is our policy to identify any substitute items to you at the time of delivery and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the item at that time.

We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received we will arrange with you for non-perishable goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly.

Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We advise that you inspect the goods promptly and notify us of any defects promptly after delivery. In the unlikely event you discover a product is faulty, please call our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 0044 28 3026 3872 or email info@mountmillsflaxoil.com.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is not in stock when we process your order we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible. We will only hold your order if specific items are not in stock if you specify this when you place your order.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms & Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
